What are you going to do?
The Blue Planet Expedition is an around the world trip in two Bali Catamarans. The team to make it possible is composed by 5 groups of professionals:
a. The Sailing group: Captains and Patrons of Yachts with a large experience will carry the expedition from the beginning to the best ending.
b. The Scientists: Professionals in Marine Biology, Oceanography, Meteorology, Anthropology, Biology and Archaeology will analyse, observe and document the following issues:
General Issues:
· Superficial and deep marine currents: Variations in their velocity, direction, length, water density, route.
· Permanent winds: Variations in their velocity, direction, humidity.
· Seasonal winds: Variations in their frequency, velocity, direction, incidence, humidity.
· Climate changes: Temperature, ocean/sea water level, usual meteorological phenomena and new ones, earth activity.
Ocean/Sea water quality:
· Water Temperature
· Acidification
· Plastic presence
·Density
· Components that attempts against marine life
Marine Life:
· Flora: Species in danger of extinction, consequences over other species, habitats loss and decrease, new species, invasive species, other regional issues and its influences over the marine flora.
· Fauna: Species in danger of extinction, consequences in the food chain, habitats loss and decrease, invasive species: negatives and positives results, regional issues and its influences over the marine fauna.
Mouth of the main rivers:
· Flow: Variations over the last 20 years, causes and consequences
· Water quality: causes and consequences
· Plastic presence: causes and consequences
· Chemical components presence: causes and consequences
Coastline flora and fauna:
· Quantity of species and their quality of life
· Consequences of the climate, habitat and water changes
Coastline communities:
· Ancient communities with ancestral costumes and activities
· New and mixed communities
· Commercial activities over coastlines and their influences over communities, flora and fauna.
· Tourism: positive and negative results
Subaquatic Archaeology: The importance of knowing and conserving our Patrimony
What are people doing to conserve our Planet?
c. The audio-visual production team: Truly experienced professionals will realize a series of 40 documentaries in 4 seasons of 10 episodes each one. This is the principal product and shorts of different lengths for several platforms as by-products.
d. The logistic team: With headquarters in Cannes, France, a very concerned team will resolve the enormous logistic necessary to realize the Expedition.
e. The Partners: Their logistic and economic support, their talented people and their worldwide international public relations are essencials to reach the Expedition´s goals.
What are the objectives of the Project?
a. To make a Global Report about our Planet situation in which Environmental Issues, Climate Changes, Biodiversity, Renewable Natural Resources Quality and Quantity and the More Affected Societies Situation will be the axe of our activities.
b. Classify, order and network the results in the following ways:
· Audio-visual series in 4 seasons of 10 episodes each one
· Audio-visual shorts to several platforms
· Scientific Reports available for every Institution and or University all over the World
· Free access to the Data Bank produced by the activities realized by the Expedition team during the trip.
c. To create a collective conservation conscience about environment, biodiversity and renewable natural resources based in the following premise: Know to love and love to conserve.
We are making the first step: Carrying the correct and complete information to incentive the collective knowledge.
Why do a Global Project?
Because we believe that events affecting the well-being of our Planet, even if they appear geographically separate and even in dissimilar environments, unfailingly lead to consequences that affect the World as a whole.
Why do you think all the regional issues are related?
Because our Planet is made up of natural regions that interact freely and any instability in one region affects the others. It may take a long time or a short time, but any good or bad action will have global repercussions. For example:
· When we opened the Suez Canal more than 400 species from the Red Sea invaded the Mediterranean. According to a current report, the consequences of the invasion are irreversible.
Professionals in which disciplines are in charge of this survey?
We are a multidisciplinary team made up of professionals from different countries with academic training and experience in: Biology, Marine Biology, Oceanography, Meteorology, Anthropology, Geology, Archaeology, Audio-visual Production, Journalism, MKT, Public Relations, Business Management, Navigation, Technical, Mechanical and others.
Why do you think it is necessary for humanity?
Because we believe that globalization should not only be understood as the possibility of interacting commercially, academically or economically between people, institutions, companies or countries separated geographically and with different idiosyncrasies, but we must also understand that it serves to resolve situations that affect our world before they surprise us and become irreversible.
There are many other environmental projects around the world, why is this one different?
Precisely because it is not a local or regional project but involves all regional or local problems in order to find a global solution, before they spread and solving them becomes an almost impossible task.
Why is it important for a Company, Holding Company, Institution, University, Organization or Country to support and financially sustain this Project?
Because this is the time when we must act together for the welfare of mankind. Being pioneers in something is really difficult and requires a great effort that is amply compensated by the fact of being unique. Originality in a venture has a strong and positive impact on the general public, especially when the support is for noble causes such as the one that led us to carry out The Blue Planet Expedition.

How do you plan to reach such a wide strip?
Even though the main product, a documentary series, and the sub-products, short films, reels and photographs for YouTube, TikTok and Instagram, have the same content, the differences in the language of editing and communication make them completely different audio-visuals products that allow us to reach a wide range of audiences in a way that is familiar to each of the sectors.
